At Blossom Cleaning, we strive to provide excellent cleaning services tailored to our clients' needs. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate such changes while ensuring fairness for both parties. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.
• How to Cancel: To cancel a booking, please contact us by phone at +971556688433 or email at info@nbcs.ae.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee.
• No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at the designated location and is unable to access the premises or complete the service due to client unavailability or other reasons, the full service fee will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

• Cancellation Refunds: For cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, a full refund will be processed within 10-30 business days.
• Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer either a refund or a complimentary re-cleaning.
• Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.

3. Payment Disputes

• If you believe there was an error in billing or payment, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
