New Blossom Cleaning Services LLC - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Blossom Cleaning, operated by New Blossom Cleaning Services LLC. By accessing and using our web/mobile application ("App") and booking cleaning services through it, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Please read these Terms carefully, as they affect your legal rights. We may update these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the App and pursue legal action if necessary.

1. Services and Pricing New Blossom Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services that users can book through our App. Service availability may vary depending on location, staff availability, and other factors.

• Standard Cleaning (Without Materials): 30 AED per hour
• Standard Cleaning (With Materials): 40 AED per hour
• Upholstery Cleaning: Rates vary based on size

2. User Accounts

• To book a service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activities under your account are your responsibility.

3. Booking and Payments

• Bookings can be made through the App by selecting your preferred service, date, and time.
• Payments can be made via Cash, Bank Transfer, or Cheque in AED. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable service fees and any other terms related to the transaction.
• Prices for services are displayed in the App and may change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service via email.
• No cancellations are allowed once the service has started, and all payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the service will be processed within 10-30 days.
• If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us for resolution, which may include a refund or a re-cleaning service.

5. User Conduct

• You agree to use the App responsibly and not engage in any activities that may disrupt its functionality.
• Any misuse of the App, fraudulent activity, or harassment of our staff will result in account termination.

6. Quality Assurance We are committed to delivering high-quality services through regular inspections, including unannounced visits, on-site inspections, follow-up calls, and feedback requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Complaints If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us directly or email us at complaint@blossomcleaning.ae. Please note that the company is not liable for missing items or damages exceeding 200 AED.

8. Service Timing We strive to be punctual, but delays of up to 45 minutes may occur due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. We guarantee that you will receive the full service time from the moment our team arrives.

9. Service Extension If you wish to extend the service time, please contact our office in advance. Extensions after 7:00 PM are not possible and are subject to approval.

10. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability New Blossom Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or our services.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted in the App, and continued use after such changes signifies your acceptance.

13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
